3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per person; shared accounts are prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Spread misinformation or deceptive content
• Circumvent our safety measures or rate limits
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Content Ownership

Subject to our terms, you retain ownership of the content you create using our services. For paid subscribers, we grant a commercial license to use generated content. Free tier users receive a non-commercial license.

6. Payment and Refunds

• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
